I decided to do a black and white comic so I could get it up faster and thought “Why not really make a black and white comic rather than just not coloring a comic” – so I broke out my pens. I’m not sure it translates to the screen as well as brushwork.
so good. loved this one
Our hero saved his money for future donations to the poor, until one day he knocked up a not so heroic lady who lives off that money for “child suport”.
You be a hero today. Don’t wait for tomorrow.
Keeping it up with the same stuff that makes this my favorite comic on the web. You rock.
Matan: Thanks!
Matthew: Well said.
Ryan: Wow. I don’t want to dissuade you but there are a lot of good comics on the web – thank you!
I think I may have been too subtle with this one. Maybe his mask with some cobwebs on it in a panel or some un-answered cries for help while he relaxes – I don’t know…
Our Hero gives to the Red Cross and the Salvation Army.
Our Hero saves his receipts so he can declare it on his income tax.
See? Our Hero is saving the helpless and the downtrodden. 🙂
Ha! Nice one, Ted.
I love these comics cause they’re consistently good
It’s creepily easy to get into that mindset
I don’t think you were too subtle.
This should be able to be read as both an indictment of the behavior AND as support of.
It bespeaks more depth and truth.
Awesome comic, but definitely not too subtle.
