Hey, cool! Which subreddit if you don’t mind me asking? We do ok in r/funny and sometimes r/wtf but when someone submits us to r/comics it’s often downvotes into oblivion — r/webcomics looks promising though. And by “we” I mean Brian. I just try to keep the site up and running.
@Offendi: “The Big Picture” should not be this big.
@Winston Rowntree: Thanks Winston! I’m going to get that Onan for you.
@Beatriz:: Really? People have complained about the noses but when I was trying to come up with a simplified style for a humor strip for my college newspaper figuring out the nose was key. If the nose seems out of place then the rest of the comic needs to fixed because the nose is right.
@Andy: Thanks! Subnormality is the best! We webcartoonists all toil in its shadow – may it grow ever larger.
@mentalhobo: Thank you! And thanks for reading through the archives. I plan on drawing as much as I can for as long as I can.
@emulsifier: Without you the only people who would see my comics would be people who’ve been to the back of my closet – – and almost nothing would get emulsified. Thanks!
I want to thank everyone who’s commented on the site; I love reading them so much! And thanks to everyone else for reading!
Hey, I just wanted to say I’m a really big fan of the comic, I just read through the archive a little while ago and these are some of my favorites, and I’ve seen a lot of webcomics. Excited to see how Curious Urgency goes.
@pylon: Thanks! I’m excited for Curious Urgency to progress as well.
@SoldierMD: I just try to communicate, I guess – come up with a way to express how I feel. I’ve had some undergrad philosophy but not a lot. I am very interested in philosophy and read about it on my own.
This is really drawn well… When a good series of drawings and a good idea come together it’s a thing of beauty… but what makes it all really “Brilliant” is the way the series “moves”… I guess you’d say they way it was “directed” the shots and the flow is the icing on this cake…
I always thought it wasn’t a matter of too much perspective, more of having just enough of it.
Onan!! Plus this comic is awesome. It almost makes me want to go get shit-faced, and i’m not even a drinker… Seriously, well done.
I like how you draw the noses.
Just found your comic from a link on Subnormality. This is without a doubt one of the best webcomics I’ve ever seen. Keep up the good work, you rock!
Hey man, I found this comic on Reddit and, well, I’m reading through all of them at the moment… you’re good, real good. Just keep drawing, please.

If you sold this as a comic, I would buy it and frame it. What inspires you? Have you studied any formal philosophy?

This is most definately one of my favorites. Love the layout, wish I could show everyone I knew this one.
You definately should be listed up there with the top webcomic artists.
Fuck it, lets go… 🙂 my favorite thing to say.
